Shipping and Delivery of goods
1) Estimated Delivery Time: Normally takes 2-4 business days but may require up to 14 days for complete fulfilment of the order depending on the nature of items purchased.
2) Should you not receive your order within 4 business days please email us so that we may follow up on order and furnish you with the required information and updates. Email: orders@justcanna.co.za
3) You may receive more than one delivery, depending on the variety of Goods chosen as our brands / suppliers ship directly to you.
4) Our brands / suppliers do not ship on Fridays or Weekends, as we try to manage the risk of heat related damage to the Goods.
5) Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you, so please check the Website for the most up-to-date information. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
6) Just Canna's obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when the Shipping company delivers the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Just Canna is not responsible for any loss or unauthorised use of a product, after it has been delivered to the physical address nominated by you.
7) Your order is being fulfilled directly by our supplier. Deliveries can occasionally arrive ahead of tracking updates — rest assured your order is on its way!
