Return Policy Points

Before Delivery:

* You can cancel your order anytime before receiving dispatch/delivery notice

* Full refund will be provided for cancelled orders

After Delivery:

* Returns are allowed "only in accordance with the Returns Policy" 

• You may return unopened goods for a full refund within 30 Days, and opened goods that are not resaleable, but you are unhappy with, can receive a credit for future purchases.

 

Stock Issues:

* If items become unavailable after you order, we'll notify you

* You'll get a full refund for any unavailable items

Delivery Issues:

* If we can't deliver within 14 days, you can choose to cancel

• Full refund provided if you cancel due to delivery delays
